Admission Confirmation
Admission is confirmed only after submission of the duly filled application form along with the prescribed registration fee and required documents.

Fee Payment Policy

Course fees must be paid as per the agreed installment schedule.

Delay in payment may result in suspension of classes and access to facilities.

All fees paid are non-transferable.

Refund Policy

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per MAAC head office guidelines.

Course Duration & Timings

Course duration may vary depending on batch schedule and student attendance.

MAAC Malleswaram reserves the right to change class timings or faculty due to operational requirements.

Attendance Requirement

Minimum attendance of 75% is mandatory to be eligible for certification and placements.

Students are responsible for covering missed sessions.
Placement Assistance

MAAC Malleswaram provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement.

Placement opportunities depend on student performance, portfolio quality, attendance, and industry requirements.

Student Conduct

Students must maintain discipline and professional behavior within the premises.

Misconduct may lead to suspension or termination without fee refund.

Use of Infrastructure

Lab systems, software, and institute property must be used responsibly.

Any damage caused by negligence will be charged to the student.

Intellectual Property

Student projects may be used by MAAC Malleswaram for academic, promotional, or placement purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Certification

Certification will be issued subject to successful completion of course modules, projects, and fee clearance.

Batch Transfer

Batch change requests are subject to availability and management approval.

Force Majeure

MAAC Malleswaram shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control (natural disasters, government regulations, technical issues, etc.).

Jurisdiction

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
